Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Obviously the rule state that if you are to take a loan from another user be sure you are fully capable to payback said loan within discussed/agreed time frame.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I have taken the past month to sort out the events happening in my life and I have already apologized to the user involved for my personal life interfering with our deal. I won't lie, I did enjoy the break from Ecc but with summer right around the corner (2 weeks) I feel as if I can pay back what I owe in a timely manner and get back to meeting new people and rekindling past relationships. I would like to pay off this loan as soon as possible because not only do I feel as if I have cheated those involved, I'd also like to come back and make some of my secret plans a reality, these plans consist of new public events (previous described as snipe chests, ect). That won't be happening until after I pay off what is owed obviously, but I am determined more than ever to get to that point. I would love to put all this behind me and move on to a bigger and better virtual world. Thanks for reading.

May I add that I have no special way on making money, I am broke and the most valuable items I have consist of a maxed fort pick and a maxed shovel. Please take this into consideration when assigning new payment dates.​

 

I also owe Obble some 800k, I have done some digging and have found that 500k of it was owed to Idkhowtoplay. I have already talked to Idkhowtoplay about getting him his 500k back that he had invested in me, but seeing how Obble is currently perma-banned for obvious reasons I would like to cut his 300k out of the deal.

If someone would like to get technical with me I suppose they could say that the deal must still be upheld and payments to the designated sign must be made. But I could argue that there was no complaint filed for the failure to pay the loan, and only the 2 parties involved (obble/me) may file said complaint, thus I don't technically owe anyone anything in that situation. But as I have said I have talked to Idkhowtoplay, and we have came to common ground regarding his investment.
