As it is not part of my ban reason I would like it to be dealt with last. Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule states that is against the rules of this server to intentionally scam another user of an item or good. Failing to uphold your end of the bargain can and will be punished by a ban or other punishment if not dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel I should be unbanned for my actions because I am willing to conform to the terms and rules of this server, and I feel as if I deserve another chance. My previous actions were immature, childish, and very unintelligent. I understand that my actions are against the rules and people with my kind of behavior are very destructive to the economy and community ECC are trying to build. However, I do believe I deserve another chance to make my previous mistakes right as it is not fair for these players to be denied the items and ECD that they rightfully deserve. I feel like I belong in ECC, and after my hiatus I have realized how much this server and the people that populate it mean to me. I want to rejoin this community with a new attitude towards others and their property. If I am unbanned from this server I plan on repaying Jmillertime and Phantomine within 24 hours of the reversal of the ban through selling donation features. However, I will need an extended amount of time to pay back the amount that I owe Matrix_Rep if I am unbanned. Matrix_Rep has previously agreed to reverse his report if I am unbanned and agree to a set payment plan in which there will be strict guidelines that if not followed will lead to an immediate re-report of my item scamming infraction. In closing, I know this is my second offence in this matter, and I know the seriousness of my infractions of the rules; but I do believe that I can change and make ECC a more positive and understanding place. this user also owes me 300k and 50k late fee if that is any interest to the server mods i have screen shots of him agreeing to the loan and the late fee and he is way late so late fee does apply so 350k total there is the proof the agreement for the loan and the agreement for the late fee and the 200k payment and the payment date being specified o$ recieved for this debt and late fee that was on the 23rd of febuary is over so 350k is due to me
i think the total amount is 900k also if its fine with you i would like to continue the 300k per week scheduale we had before unless you think thats too much at one time

I have been waiting the same amount as you have but im not asking for any extra money. This user must have had something troublesome in real life otherwise they would have appealed sooner. No need to keep pounding them with debt that was never apart of a contract.
im aware it is not a part of the origonal contract but him getting banned for over 2 months was probably also never a part of his plan i know it was not in my plan my plan was to get paid 300k or 350k in 4 weeks is and iv been patient and waited id just like a little extra money for waiting all that time for my return on investment i put 4 weeks time to pay me back and 50k payment if late he was 2 months late so id like a extra 100k or 50k extra per month late as a form of payback after all he was so late that it is not even funny the least @Roie could do is pay me for my patients and understanding also wish to see @Roie to return to ecc so he can payback his debt
I refuse to pay any extra on that 350k loan. If you have a problem with that please file another complaint.
also the time that this user will need will most likely be 2 months + to pay me back all his debt so id like to get that extra for the patients that iv shown
all make this agreement for u if u would like to agree to it then were fine i will do the 350k payment all give u 2 months if ur late then u owe me the 100k extra so 2 months since tuesday the 21st so new payment will be on june the 21st if u agree to these terms then we can have an accord and 2 months should be plenty of time for u to get everything in order take it or leave it and matrix u can ask for anything u want i know that the this is my offer and im sticking to it

Alright, let's have no further posts on this appeal. We'll allow the appropriate members of staff to review all of the outstanding debts and assist in a repayment schedule should the appeal be accepted. Additional late fees, etc, that are not in the original agreements will not be enforced.
@Roie Alright, I am glad to see that you wish to appeal and that you understand that what you've done is wrong. As your second offense for Loan Scamming I expect a diligent response to paying off your loans. I will be requiring you to pay off your loans in a time-table set by myself and if you wish to pay your debts sooner you are welcome to do so. After reviewing the relevant complaints I have determined that you owe @Phantomine $20,000 for a $10,000 loan, You owe @matrix_rep $900,000 for an eff7 that you rented from him in January, you owe @Jmillertime a full $65,000 for a $50,000 Loan. As for @averagejoe2012 loan, I will require you to pay back the full $350k, as the original agreement shown in his screenshots is 300k for a 200k loan, and a 50k late fee if you were to pay late. There will be no other late-fees added, as you have been banned since and the agreement shows that only a flat-line of 50k would be charged, not 50k per month or any sort of reoccurring charge. I will be issuing you a 8-day Tempban, as this is your 2nd offense of loan scamming and you bypassed your ban as well. Your debt schedule will begin after your 8-day Tempban is up. I will be requiring you to pay these loans back in the order that they were due in the first place. First; Your tempban will expire on April 29th, 2015 -You shall pay back @Phantomine the $20,000 you owe him over 4 days after your tempban is up. Due: May 3rd, 2015 -You owe $900,000 to @matrix_rep, this will be due 60 days after that. Due: July 2nd, 2015 -You will owe $65,000 to @Jmillertime due 6 days after that. Due: July 8th, 2015 -Lastly, you will owe @averagejoe2012 $350,000 in 24 days after that. Due: August 1st, 2015 Remember, this is a payment schedule set to help ensure you can keep up with the debt. You are perfectly welcome to pay off your debts sooner than this if you can, also remember that if these payment days are not met these users are welcome to file complaints against you. I also notice that a couple of the people you owe are somewhat inactive, you are to go ahead and come up with the money anyway, and save it on the side in-case they return.
