It means you should not deceive people into thinking they will receive something and then not deliver on that promise.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Basically, it was almost a year ago that I was forced to abruptly leave ECC for an extended period of time. Unfortunately, having no knowledge of this just weeks earlier I entered into an agreement with @Top_rigger for the sell of an Eff 7. The idea was that it was on a payment plan and I would pay about 1.2 million over the course of a few months. When I had to leave I made an agreement with Top_rigger to void the agreement if I returned the Eff 7. In my haste I made a grave mistake. I apparently placed my Fort III which I used alongside the Eff 7 to maximize profits. The result was Top_rigger basically got screwed and I had no knowledge what had happened until I checked the forums one day. At that point I simply didn't have the time to return, I merely asked to be unbanned so that I could look for the Eff 7 and if possible return it, however because I was unable to fully return and repay the debt I was not unbanned at that time. Now, however I have much more time on my hands and I believe I can now work something out to repay this fairly enormous debt. Finally, I'd like to offer an apology to Top_rigger, being scammed sucks, especially when it's someone you trusted. I am truly sorry for what happened.​

 

@Imaginex Unfortunately, due to the nature of what happened I am placed in a very awkward situation. For the next six weeks (the end of school) I will be able to devote maybe an hour per weekday and 2-4 on the weekend, once summer comes around I should be able to get on more. As for the tools, this is even more of a mess. Basically, my plan was to get rid of the debt using the very tool that had got me into it. Sadly, through no fault of anyone but my own, I have lost this tool. I think I still have my old pumpkin axe, though.. Basically, it's going to take quite awhile to get 900k.
