Hello roborule, I am glad to see you wish to appeal your ban. I would like to point out however that there is not much remorse in why you should be unbanned. Yes, I am glad you wish to repay what you owe but, you don't once apologize to them. I would like to say that it is implied in you wanting to pay this user back but, it should be expressed.
