Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning. Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too. Clause 3.1 - Trespassing If a town owner asks you to leave their region for any reason and you are not a member of the region, you must comply with their request. You may not return to this region unless the applicant owner or the owner who has asked you to leave permits you to do so, by any means, including setting homes in the region (please see Section 8 Clause 4.)Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rules (Section 3.1) means to not trespass another player's town if they have asked you to leave in the past.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: The past few weeks have been crazy, and I was stupid. I never knew calling someone's decorations stupid would ultimately end up in me being banned. Obviously, it didn't have to be like that. I did it on myself. I broke the rules, I trespassed, I didn't listen. Something so simple I could not do. You told me to leave your town, took me a while but I did it. Then I was back the next day. I'm sorry. Really, I am. It was strait up stupid, no other way to describe it. I don't know how many times I'll say it. I've just been coming in and out of your town, getting reported each time it happened. Obviously, there's a lot of hate between @Simtectural_ and I and I'm sorry for everything I did that offended her or hurt her. In the end, I was banned. I'm sorry. That's all I can say. I'll take the punishment because I'm sure as hell that I deserve it. Hopefully I can join everyone on this server once again. It was very immature of me to do all the things I did. I apologize. Your history with harassment is very concerning - you and I both know that. I still recall from your last appeal that you said you'd change and become a better person yet here we are in the exact same scenario. I'm disappointed that you're in the place you were months ago and you should be disappointed in yourself too. It was very immature of you to not follow simple instructions and continue to bicker a user, even you admit to it. I want to see legitimate change from you. I already warned you before that the consequences of this happening again will be severe and I don't have to again. Your extensive ban history puts you in a really bad spot and you need to start thinking before you take actions. If you can't get along with someone then flat out ignore them, use the /ignore command and don't bother with them. If you persist on annoying them and not following staff orders then you are harming yourself and your reputation. I'm giving you a week off, come back with a fresh mindset of a person who truly wants to stay on the server. This could very well be your last chance. Locked, 7 day tempban
