Spamming is not allowed.
Spamming is filling chat with multiple unneeded characters or messages. Don't do it.

This rule also applies to spamming commands that don't necessarily show up in chat (whether it be manually or via powertool) or shouting, other chat functions or purchasing raffle tickets to the extent of making chat hard to read.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

i was raging at my keyboard and in my client settings i turned on auto chat so when u press the chat key you have to press it again to close it. my chat key right arrow too.

i am so sorry for that I will promise not to spam again. Please give me another chance.
