You must hold up your end of a contract if one has been put in place and must make any payments on time. You should not agree to borrow items, money, tools etc if you are unable to make payments.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted: I am able to dedicate time and money into paying back those who lent out to me. I apologise to those who have waited all this time for money/items from me and once paid off there will be no repeat of the situation. I believe there are some who lent out ECD to myself but who I had no contract with, I would like to pay this off too. I don't want to make things hard for people so I have decided to return with every intention of having all debts accrued by myself paid back. @PyroTechnix_ Thank you for taking the time to appeal. Needless to say, loan scamming and breach of contract is not what you want to be banned for on ECC, as it negatively impacts future business you may want to engage in. I strongly encourage you to take repayments seriously, and to prevent this from happening again in the future, that you pay off loans as soon as possible. While I understand that life trumps ECC, it's also important to communicate with the users you have dealings with, as I'm almost certain they would show some understanding and perhaps give you more time to come up with the funds. As far as resolving the issues of loan scamming and breach of contract, I am only able to find official evidence of your deals with @MinecraftFrame and @BaccaAMP. Given their lack of response on this thread and relative inactivity, I'll be lifting your ban without any stipulations. However, should these users return to ECC, you will be on the hook for coming up with $5,380,000 for @BaccaAMP and $4,500,000 for @MinecraftFrame. (As an aside, @Lopporit will be handling further discussions related to this via forum PM.) As mentioned before, I would strongly advise you to come up with these funds as soon as possible, and it would not be a bad idea to transfer their funds via forum bank once you come up with the funds. All this being said, I hope that the extended time away from ECC has allowed you to think about how to handle repaying these users, whether it's through farming, mining, or other means. Not much may have changed since your ban, but going through the rules and wiki wouldn't be a bad idea. Thanks again for appealing, and welcome back!
