I was just very angry at all the people with the too OP kits and always losing. The rule I have disobeyed is under 6.1 Cause 1-Hacking and Hacked Clients. It states "Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them." I am very sorry I have broke this rule, I know now that this is very important to understand this rule. Hackers just make it unfair for other people and gives them a disadvantage. Thank you. Hello @Pizza520 This is now your 6th appeal for this ban, of which the first 3 were denied as you denied all responsibility for your actions. To be frank, this is unacceptable and has been a significant waste of not only your time but staff time too. Players are not banned for PvP Hacking unless the evidence against them is conclusive. It is also not a valid excuse to use a hacked client as a response to kits. Additionally, the fact that you last appeal was denied as a result of your attitude towards another staff members is also not acceptable. Staff are extremely busy and give up a lot of their time to ensure the smooth running of this server. To disrespect them in such a way as you did will not be tolerated. If you have an issue with a member of staff, then file a Staff complaint following the correct procedure. With regards to this appeal, I am going to be unbanning you but with a 3 day temp ban. During this time I want you to think hard about your actions. Bearing in mind your poor ban history, your behaviour during this saga has been far from impressive. If you wish to remain a member of this Server then I strongly suggest you re-read our Server Rules and make sure that you follow them in the future.
