Scamming and Using alternate account for scamming for financial gain​

Rule Violated:

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed.
An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to:
Adding alt accounts as owners/members of regions you own.
Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc).
If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.
Exceptions may be made to this in certain scenarios such as inappropriate username bans.
If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them.
Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.

Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

- Scamming
Scamming is basically Stealing other players hard earned money which you had no right to take.

- Multiple Accounts
Basically using other accounts to financially gain on your other account which isn't allowed.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Hey Andrew,

I was banned a year and a half ago on ecocitycraft main server for scamming and using alternate account to scam with. Im very sorry for what I have done and Ive been appealing and appealing so many times to your email, Nicit's and I stopped appealing to Phys because she wasnt the owner of the server anymore. I know what I have done and its very sad. Its something that Im ashamed of because now I know scamming isnt a good thing to be doing. Last time I was playing EcoCityCraft, I was in a bad state in my life failing my classes ( I failed half of Grade 9 and Failed all of Grade 10) and I have now regained all my credits (Thats what its called in Canada) which means Im currently On task to be graduating high school. This was a huge step from when I was in Grade 9 and now Grade 11.

What I did was very bad and not nice at all. I remember when I played EcoCityCraft and I remember you saying you lived in Oakville and I live in Don Mills and thinking that we can meet up and you can do a quick interview on unbanning me or not. I know I was a VERY VERY toxic player as a scammer and a Alternate accunt player but Im not that person anymore. I have changed A LOT and I think I deserve to be unbanned. Almost 1 year and a half Because I remeber when I first got Minecraft in March 2014 and I was playing on your server because I saw it on youtube. I thought it was SOOOO cool how you could sell things to other players and thats how I got hooked to your server. I donated around $300+ that was earned from chores and that was all I had.

PS I know I was banned for Scamming with Alternate accounts and it wasnt a nice. I would Like to say sorry deep down and Please Consider thinking Of unbanning me.

I will Be tagging @andrewkm Since this is a PermaBan Appeal. I have appeal many times to email with no replies back. I just want an Answer from him whether if I could get unbanned.
