External products may be mentioned, so long as they are not being advertised. Other Minecraft servers may not be mentioned under any circumstance. Any advertisement that is allowed on the server in any form (including, but not limited to, in-game related items/trades, store advertisements, or personal livestreams that are completely and only EcoCityCraft related) must go into our Trade Channel, and must always abide by our trade channel rules for length and repetition. Section 6 - Unfair Play Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed so long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player is banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own.This includes but is not limited to: Adding alt accounts as owners/members of regions you own. Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc). If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed. If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Section 3 - Economy and Transactions Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: adverting: dont say other servers names or ips. bypassing bans: dont use other accounts to play on ecc when your main account is banned. scamming: dont take out loans and dont pay them back and dont try to steal and scam stuff. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: This is because i really miss the server. i feel bad for party who i scammed and i want to pay the loan back. i also am very sorry for advertising. i knew i couldnt pay off the debt so i advertised which i shouldnt have. i should have kept trying to pay off the debt and work with partyman. i then bypassed the ban cuz i was angry that i was banned. if i get unbanned from my favorite server i will pay back the debts and not get banned again from NR2502 aka CowieWowie

@Noob_a_roo I believe you made a rash decision when you got yourself banned to avoid your loan, and unfortunately its gonna cost you a little bit. In addition to not paying back @partyman909 you also advertised purposely to get banned and bypassed and advertised on that account as well. You have only been gone for about a month, and I am feeling that you've had time to think about this, why you did what you did and what you will do upon your return. After reviewing the complaint that Party posted against you I have determined that you owe Party 350k for the loan, and an additional 25k per day up to the 14th of August, which is when you were banned. This brings the total up to 500k. I am enforcing the late fees because you still had a chance to work on paying it, but you chose not to. I will be reducing your ban to a tempban of 2 days. During this time I want you to come up with a game plan for repaying partyman. You owe 500k to him, your tempban will expire late on the 8th. I will be setting your payment schedule to 100k/week. You will be expected to pay him in full by the 13th of October, 2015. That is five weeks. If you do not repay by then Partyman will have full rights to file a complaint on you. 2-Day Tempban Issued, 500k due to @partyman909 by October 13th, 2015
