This includes, but is not limited to, macromod scripts, autofisher mods, fully automated farms, and physical means to hold a button down while away from your computer. Usage of automated means is allowed for MCMMO grinding, providing you are not generating money and are not afk (e.g. an autoclicker to train the swords skill on a player is allowed, an autoclicker to train the swords skill on a mob spawner is not). If you are found to have used any kind of illegal automation, your relevant statistics/balance will be reduced and/or cleared entirely at the discretion of administration. Be warned that we take this very seriously. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: You cannot use automation for any monetary gain. In other words, you have to put effort into making money, and you cannot use afk autofishing or other methods of automation as a means of making money. Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: I'll just start off by saying that I know I’ve only been unbanned for a short period of time, and it was completely inexcusable, as well as irresponsible of me to use auto-fishing as a means to pay back my debts. It was lazy half-ass attempt on my part to try and generate money without even working or putting in the effort. My recent return to the server has been great, filled with making lots of new friends in the community and the staff team and since I have been banned, I realized from a logical standpoint what I did was wrong and harmed the economy, and wish to come back and repay my debts as well as enjoy the community. I do deeply regret auto-fishing as it's put me in all this unnecessary trouble and has delayed me on my repayment schedule, and I wish that I had never done it to begin with but I cannot change what has happened in the past yet. I will do what I can to make money for those I owe without illegal and/or automated means when I am unbanned. I sincerely apologize for attempting to exploit the economy in such a way for my own personal gain and I do hope you find it in your hearts to let me back onto the main server.
To be honest, @NotoriousIzzy, I'm a bit disappointed. You wrote this on your last appeal less than three weeks before your current one, and yet you are now banned again for something different, yet no less severe; autofishing certainly hasn't helped restore that trust. As you said yourself, autofishing has created multiple problems instead of solving one - I do hope that you will never make the same decision again. Your ban will expire one week from now; you should contact the players you owe as soon as possible to discuss changes in your payment schedule. ~Status: Ban expires in 7 days. ~Locked.
