Clause 2 -Scamming- Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

It means if you make a deal you need to follow through with it and not take peoples money​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I have 2 reasons I feel I should be unbanned. The first being that I will happily compensate MassaHarambe for the money I owe him. I have some giftcards to sell that will cover the amount I need so I should be able to get it reasonably quickly.

The second reason is that I don't think that I have violated the contract, but as I did not reply to the original complaint in time I understand why I was banned because staff was working with the information that they had.
I was given an extension to 5/10/20 to complete the job. Since we have not reached that date I do no think I should have been banned for failing to complete the task. I understand that I asked to buy out of the deal but I don't see how me asking to negotiate out of the deal would mean I don't get until the extension date to finish the job if we couldn't reach an agreement. I don't think this will be an issue because I think me and MassaHarambe already have a deal that is close and it wont take long to complete. I'm not really concerned about this part of my appeal because like I said it was my fault that I didn't check the forums within the period after the complaint. I just added this in hopes to expedite my appeal. The screenshot that shows my extension is here
