nicolelatorio illegal seizure of property I was given the town and shortly after a series of griefs happened. As stood i put signs in front of all houses saying they have 3 days to take their thing i put dates and everything i also said on the message board that if anyone wanted to keep their houses to send me mail. i was not aware that we had to post a thread. i was only aware of the 3 days thing after thing. a major town grief happened and i was told by someone helping me that the greifer was ravenrose6. i locked the gate and kicked people out of the town long after the original kick out date. i will give any one who wants their property back along with extra things to right my wrong but i love this server and i hate too lose it . ill give anyone their property back that was truly wronged. i just miss the server and im losing friends in the process. i have no way to prove my claim but i hope you understand that i don't have the block logs
Hello, I think you may be confused on your appeal, I have never been a member of your town and my only relation to this appeal and the complaint that got you banned is that I am the staff member who dealt with the issue alongside Clou44. The issue is in regards to you removing players. I will be willing to unban you but first I would like to hear the side of the player who filed the complaint against you. jvhosmuffin Revanrose6
I didn't visit the town very often, maybe once a week. There very well could have been signs posted giving notice. However, I didn't realize that was enough of a form of notice (I thought you had to post a forum message or mail/pm the people). Anyway, yes the town seemed horribly griefed when I got there and noticed that I was removed, but I'm curious as to why you didn't file a grief report, nicolelatorio The mods are very helpful when it comes to griefing, and this seemed like a huge grief. Anyway, I realize that you at least tried to give the people notice of their removal from their plot, and I honestly don't know the rules perfectly - you may have informed people in a legal way for property seizure, I really don't know (revanrose6 will probably explain that in her next comment). When I filed the complaint, I was more worried about all of the people removed and the huge town grief. I obviously have my own towns now, but when I bought my plot there I was with like 10 other builders who lost their homes. But you seem like an honest person who just got mixed up in purchasing a town.
Hello, Considering the way this appears to have gone, I will be unbanning Nicolelatorio. I request that in the future you use /mail or the forums when evicting players and to always take screenshotted evidence.
