Counter-Reason: I do believe it was uncalled for me swearing, but Icondigi wouldn't tell me who was talking "trash" about me in vent, I never swore directly at someone, also It just gets me angry when people make fun of me and I never get to find out who did. Also, Zardgyer knows about it, and a few players harass me every day I'm on about "quitting". Evidence: Icondigi was the player who brought this to my attention, and it wasn't cool at all. If you've got something to say, say it to my face and not in vent.
Hello Nicks459, I am glad that you want to appeal your ban with us, however you need to remember that swearing has recently been deemed illegal, especially excessive swearing. It doesnt matter whether you were swearing at a user or not. Also if you are having problems with users harrassing you remember you can always file a complaint, or ignore them with /ignore, if needed pm a moderator ingame, they are more than willing to help.
