MINECRAFT Username:nick4s Reason of Ban: griefing and vulgar language Rule violated:Anti-Griefing rule? I'm sorry, I couldn't find the name of the official rules. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: stealing blocks and ruining towns by griefing. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel I should be unbanned because this was a one-time offense. I felt that I needed money as fast as possible, so I took some glowstone and hay bales and sold them. I understand that obtaining money legitimately is better and more respectable, and that achieving a high-up status on this server will be harder due to this ban. Furthermore, I now have a method of fishing that will make obtaining legit money possible. And, when my permissions were removed, I felt angry at my mayor, Draven_ward, for doing that to me after she explained a "3 strike rule", and even after I tried restoring what I could to the town. That is the main reason for the profane insults. I would also like to say that it was just a stupid mistake, and that I hope you all can show understanding, as I really do enjoy this server.

I would also like to state that Draven_ward, in her complaint post, makes it seem as though there were 2 cases of griefing, however, it all happened at one time and they were not separate incidents.
I stated it as two incidents (two findings) because I didn't realize there was more than one grief until later on when I came back online. When the first grief (taking of glowstone) happened, the haybales were still there. That is why I stated it as two, because to me it looked as if it happened on two separate occasions.

Before I handle the appeal, I would like to clarify that your ban was only for griefing and not vulgar language. That being said, I hope that you take your warning from involve on board and that you don't resort to vulgar language is situations like it again. In terms of your appeal, thank you for identifying the rules which you broke and taking responsibility for your actions. Griefing is strictly prohibited on ECC as it is extremely unfair to make a profit from someone else's hard work. I am going to be unbanning you but with a 5hour temp ban.
