Section 6 - Unfair Play

Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients
Fly, speed, air build, teleport hacking, or any other types of hacks, are not tolerated. This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users.
Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited.
Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever.
Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them.​

Well I screwed up, I was getting lazy and wanted a quick way to make money. There really is no good and valid explanation of why I was fast breaking besides I wanted to make money super fast. I think I should be unbanned because it was a stupid thing of me to do. I knew it would show in logs and for some reason I didn't care and I got cought in an hour and 35 minutes gg jamiesinn. This is my first ban for hacking and my last.... I wont ever hack or use a client to give me a financial advantage over everyone else on the server. Jamie said my inventory and bal would get wiped which I would really appreciate if my new msword did not get wiped.... It was a Christmas present. I only used fast break for 1.5 hours and all the money in my bal is from that. You will probably clear my inventory and my msword anyway but I figured I would ask for a little mercy anyway. This is no small offense I get that, this is one of the worst offences on ecc and I was so stupid for installing a client and even more stupid for thinking I would get away with it. Sorry ecc for trying to cheat I hope you guys can forget me whether you believe me or not I don't hack usually today I was just feeling lazy and wanted quick money.

Edit: I thought I would just say this before you guys decide the fate of my ban lol... I honeslty have been trying to do better things for the community, Recently I bought 5 very nice builders resident, I gave away 450k ecd in trivia and made a lot of people happy I have even started up a weekly 50k ecd giveaway. I figured I would add this in my appeal because this is a reason you should let me back on... I have been trying to improve the community and make people happier and enjoy ecc. A lot of people judge me because yes I swear in chat a bit to much and yes I do get angry and flame in chat but I have been trying to work on it and thought I was doing a decent job or at least making progress. During my ban I have realized how much I love this server and playing with everyone on it. I don't want to be perma banned I want to continue to play with everyone on this server because no matter how many times I quit I always come back. I don't know if it is the server that brings me back or the friends and people on it. Upon my return if staff is generous enough towards me I am going to change how I act. I treat a lot of you like shit and I promise I am done. I want to continue to be on this server and play with everyone and that means changing completely. I am done trolling, done swearing in chat for no reason, and 100000% done with hacked clients and that is a guarantee. I am so sorry to everyone who I have been rude to for no reason especially @Raccooy I was mean to you for no reason and I apologize . I want to continue my giveaways, I want to become one of the figures on ecc that everyone can look to for advice, help, and anything they need. Whether anyone believes me I promise I will change I as I have said, the last thing I want is a perma ban because I love this server it is so much fun and I want to change. If it helps my case at all staff, I can show you my history I literally downloaded the client a few hours before I was banned.... it was just a stupid decision on my part and idk what to say I am dumb
