This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users. Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: The use of a hacked client is strictly prohibited and is not taken lightly. I of all people know this rule very clear. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Against popular belief now, I don't typically hack in Sg.. A matter of fact I don't ever hack in Sg. This was a special occasion, and I wanted to test something relating to Tracers (Inspired by a recent complaint on me). After talking to @UnknownRider late last night (To which I wasn't lying last night and hope this doesn't effect our friendship in any way.) about tracers and other hacks/hacking, seeing as he was a previous hacker catcher as I was/am. I had the, clearly 'special' idea to test 1.8 Tracers to see if there is a loop-hole in the way they function such as kill aura's is to get behind them/walls/above them. I know what I had done was extremely bad and won't be taken lightly, and I'm aware I have hurt many people now, a lot of people I actually care about, even people that don't care for me.. I want to stray from that idea of being a "hypocrite" as I was trying to help others in making Sg a more fair place despite what you may think, that is the fact. I'll stay active on the forums but take this as a friendly warning, If you harass me about this incident, I can and will report you for such a cause. Some may think warnings are nothing and will do so anyway, to that I cannot stop. Obviously if I'm even considered to be accepted back on the server there will continue to be hacking videos posted on my behalf and I won't use any hacked client on Ecc ever again, I have came to realize that I should have just tested it in single player.... A foolish mistake. I doubt this appeal is going to be looked at for some time now and that's understandable. I have future plans for Ecc and all I want to do is make it a better place for everyone, that's honestly coming from the bottom of my heart. I'm sure staff is upset with me right now too, and that's another big reason why I feel so bad about this because I have always thought of staff members as good reliable friends.. This is my first offense for hacking, third time being banned since 6-11-13, and I can assure everyone that the hacked client is now deleted, and I apologize from the bottom of my heart to all those effected by my mistake.. I am sorry.

@Mochocrap I have to say, handling an appeal from you, especially for this reason, is incredibly disappointing. I would've though that you, of all players, would have known better. I also want to say that it doesn't matter that you may have been "testing" the hacked client - that doesn't make it okay, nor will it affect your punishment now. I will be tempbanning you for 3 days. Use that time to reread the rules and ensure a similar mistake is not made in the future. //edit: As I'm sure you've noticed, your SG Boss medal was removed at the time of your ban. Take this as incentive to not hack again.
