I made a deal then got my computer taken away by my parents, I could not even log onto minechat, therefore could not pay. There are more reasons bu4 they tie into the appeal of my new account. @mkr1 Alright, here's what I'll do given the circumstances. While normally we require the original account to be unbanned first, I will allow you to appeal with @FreedomEagle21 now - the stipulation is that @FreedomEagle21 is then responsible for the debts of @mkr1 and then @mkr1 may not appeal until those debts are paid.
