Reason of Ban:

"Excessive inappropriate language and active grief in the town of RoseRed"​

Rule Violated:

Grief is defined as breaking or destroying things that do not belong to you, including breaking and replacing things to get to places that otherwise you shouldn't be going (for example, breaking into someone's house.) This can also extend to building things in areas that do not belong to you.

Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks (see Section 2, Clause 2.1), or any other way of communicating.
Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (eg. WTF?) are allowed unless it is directed at another user.
Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Grief = Not destroying what's not yours, not building on anyone else's property without permission but yours, and not stealing from farms and chests if they are not locked.

Excessive Inappropriate Language = When you consistently use verbal and inappropriate language even after given warnings. In other words, it's words that shouldn't be said and might offend someone, especially when it's targeted at them. It's also bad mannered.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I thought I would never play Minecraft again and I thought that it's super easy to find an Economy server so I didn't care that much about my actions and consequences, I thought to myself, " There's like 50+ Economy servers out there, who cares" Then I got banned after many issued warnings so I went to find another Economy Server to play serious on, I spent around 2h finding 3 servers, all of them without forum, without players, without active staff, without plugins. I felt dissapointed and ashamed and I wanted to come back here, I realised this is possibly the best server I played on, and the people were super nice and not childish. So I tried to reconnect , I was asking my friends for accounts, I was going to buy another Minecraft Version for 20£ but then I realized that wouldn't be fair on the servers side and I would've done the wrong thing. I then tried everything I could to get on the server, Non-Premium 'Minecraft Launchers' etc. I was so desperate to come back. I know what I did is super serious and I doubt my ban is going to be lifted but I seriously didn't realize how good this server was until I got banned.

I am extremely sorry for my inappropriate verbal behaviour to the mod that was handling the situation, and especially sorry to LTP for taking advantage of his trust for me and still griefing his town RoseRed, I know what I did is wrong but I wasn't thinking at that time, this won't happen ever again, I now know my limits. Sorry.​
