Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning. Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too.Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: Harrassing other players with harsh language.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: I would first like to apologize to the players I have wronged, and take absolutely One Hundred Percent responsibility for my immature actions and behaviour. In no circumstances is it okay to make a player feel thereated or saddend. I have thought about my actions and realize that I have acted immature over the last couple of weeks, and since I have been a long term member of this server I should've known not to act this childish and immature. I want to apologize to any staff member that has put up with my harrassment of other players, and how over the past I have trolled users. I would absolutley love to get back on the server that I love, and get to play with my friends that I have made over the years. I realize now that these actions have to stop, It's not only effecting other players but it is effecting how other look at me. I do not want or wish for people to look at me and have a bad thought about me. Again I apologize for all of my actions, and they will be changed.
@lukewhicker I am glad that you wish to appeal. I am also glad to see that you are taking responsibility for your actions, show remorse, and plan to change in the future. In the time prior to your ban you were told repeatedly to stop making inappropriate jokes, stop directing language at other users, to stop flame baiting, and to stop harassing other users. When we tell you again and again to stop, and you don't, it becomes clear something more serious must happen and that is how we got here. All of that is absolutely inappropriate behavior and makes the whole community a generally worse place to be. This cannot continue and if you fail to prove that this is the wake up call you needed then things will only become more severe. That said, I do genuinely wish to see you return to the community in a positive manner and I believe you can. And so I will be reducing your punishment to a 24 hour temp ban. In that time I want you to review the server rules and to think about what actions you will take to avoid repeating this negative trend of behavior. Temp-banned 24 hours
