    Reason Apparently hacking in sg/pvp.
    Counter-Reason Hello , I know the evidence is strong on me, but completely untrue. As you can see in the second video . I spam as I see bubbles pop up. ( he was on gravel ) . http://prntscr.com/3u5j2f ( evidence of me spamming at the ground. ) And on the First video. http://prntscr.com/3u5jw7 ( I lagged , as you see I was going after the other person and was spamming up to kill him. I have no Idea how and what and why it killed you @ChrisDKN i'm sorry that this has happened I don't know why it did occur.

    Hello Liam,

    I have seen many Ban Appeals like yours, and I want to give you some advice. ECC's policy on banning for hacking is very lenient for good reasons. We only ban if a hack is very clear. Unknown reviews the evidence to make sure that he is 100% positive a player is hacking. As I've seen before, when a player who was found guilty of hacking appeals, they must admit to what they did. As I said, ECC only bans for hacking if we are absolutely sure you were hacking. As a word of advice, if you want to rejoin the server, you must make your appeal more apologetic and admit defeat, rather than try to deny Unknown's findings.

    You're really setting yourself up for a denied appeal here.

    Also, the first video clearly shows hacking because there's literally NO OTHER WAY to hit through a wall, not even lag can defend you there.

He is appealing here against strong evidence which has been reviewed by a competent moderator. This other discussion is irrelevant to his appeal and I will be issuing warnings if this continues here.
