Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Scamming is lying and cheating. Scamming is an act that is a detriment to not only the player that are scammed but also to the overall environment of a server.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

The Loan Scam was a result of me being unable to meet the time qualifications, not from lack of intent to pay back the loan. Part of the Ban was b/c i was playing in the sportsbook which at the time was one of the few things i could do on the go to earn ECD and i felt that it was safe (but i was wrong). Every consequence is a learning experience and I've learned that i should never borrow period. It only ends badly. Furthermore I would like to add i'm willing to repay the remainder of whatever loan(s) i had left at the time, but I'm currently going through an incredibly high-intensity education program so any deadline set to repay X amount of dollars will more than likely not be met, unless the terms are set in relation to in-game time.​
