I just went to look at your history... oh my. In the past 365 days you've successfully appealed 3 different bans. If I expand that to look at your entire time on the server... that number approaches ten. That's ridiculous. That means you averaged a ban every 4 to 5 months. It's not minor stuff either, scamming and xray both make appearances prior to this offense. How do I know that this is where the trend ends? That you won't just end up banned in a couple months which is what's happened the past few times?
@Nicit6 i've been stupid i know my history is the worst on the server. i've done bad stuff but i've been always taking loans and stuff which i wish i never did but because i did'nt think of my actions i got banned and i want to be more patient and not taking any loans and stuff with the new way of getting features and being able to buy ecd through the server for a good amount of ecd ill not be taking loans anymore and stuff like that but you know im not even that intrested in ecc much i talked to the people i scammed and i told them if they want ill payback through forums which ill probably do today and thats all i want to do is to get everything right and fix what ive done.

@koko_2022 Honestly this: doesn't convince me that you are serious about returning to ECC and paying off your loans. If you're not that interested in playing what is stopping you from just quitting and leaving users without their money yet again whenever you please? Your appeals are pretty similar too, you talk about how you were sorry and you won't do it again, but yet you are constantly in trouble for loan scamming and its always the same response from you. You have also have an extensive history otherwise which Nicit has mentioned. We just want to know that you're committed to actually following the rules for longer than a few months and well as putting an end to the scamming. I'll deny this appeal, on your next appeal I'd like to see some more detail about how you intend to conduct yourself and prevent any of this from happening again should we unban you. As of now I'm not convinced that you won't end up in this situation again. Denied
