Minecraft Username:kingnick7890 Reason of Ban:Racist towards other users Rule violated: Harassment Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This means that I should not speak in harmful or offensive language to other users which is the complete opposite of what I did. Racism is a big form of harassment. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned:I did not realize that what I was saying was racist and offensive until I actually thought about it after I was banned as I said before. I really did deserve to be banned because I can see how someone can take this racism very offensive and you are right about how everyone in the world plays on this server and I have absolutely no right to be racist. I was not thinking of others feelings and this will NEVER EVER happen again. I am sorry about the other user being banned and If I had some form of communication I would be sincerely sorry. I feel horrible about not being able to apologize due to the fact that the other user is banned. I am definitely not a racist person and the words that came out of my mouth were in fact completely unacceptable and it still astounds me of how I could say something like that.
Hi King, I'm glad to see you appealed. Thank you for going into the extent that you did with your appeal. I'm going to be very simple with you, this is your second offense. Things like such are taken very seriously on ECC. As to why/how you've managed to get yourself back into this position is mind boggling. You successfully appealed for this same reason promising such actions wouldn't occur again, although it seems you forgot. As for your actual appeal, since you seem to be remorseful of your actions and have good plan as to how you can avoid such mistakes again down the line, I will be reducing your ban to a temp. Trust me when I say if this happens again, it will be handled with much less leniency.
