This includes x-ray hacking and x-ray texture packs. Using any unfair means (including glitches, bugs, and exploits) to get into server buildings is also not allowed and is unfair to other users. Using any clients, specifically hacked clients, which may allow you to gain unfair advantages as deemed by ECC staff is strictly prohibited. Users caught using any client deemed to be a "hacked client", as defined by and at the discretion of the staff, will be banned. There is no excuse for using a hacked client on EcoCityCraft whatsoever. Discussion of hacked clients is not allowed - we do not allow them, and therefore we do not discuss them. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This means that no one should ever use a hacked client to have a unfair advantage over other users just to have a economic gain over everyone else. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I feel as if I should be unbanned for fair economic growth in the economy. I also feel as if i should make it up to the ones i made wrongs to. All this time I was banned I think i have matured to have another chance. It has been about 9 months ago since I gave you a loan. After all that time I haven't received a cent. August the 30th was the deadline, and still no effort has been made. I have waited now far too long. I have been patient but this is just too much. And your excuse in-game was always "My sister lotto'ed all my money away". You used that excuse multiple times. If you want to pay back a debt, don't lotto. After further investigation, @kinane4's ban reason has been updated. Along with the use of a PvP Hacked Client, there is also Scamming involved.
This was said when your debt was due on August 30th. It is now past August 30th. So that statement does not apply anymore.
Quite frankly your history for scamming is appalling. I have seen no effort from you to repay the loans, and when combined with the fact you are also banned for using a hacked client this appeal is far from sufficient for me to unban you. Please re-appeal and demonstrate that you understand the severity of your ban reason. Denied
