[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Reason of Ban: Scamming/Breach of terms of appeal Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: A basic definition of a scam is taking items or money from other users without working for it. Basically, it is just stealing from other users. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I was previously unbanned in which I failed to repay the debt. Seeing as it is summer now, I hope to immediately get unbanned in which I can quickly begin repaying all the users whom I have scammed. I personally asked nicit to ban me during the time I was unbanned because I knew I would not be able to repay the debt due to school. I am a fellow student just as most of you are, so I hope you can understand when I decided to put my real life ahead of ECC. Although, this is no excuse, what I did was wrong and I can understand if you choose not to forgive me . Furthermore, I hope to return in which I can begin repaying the users according to the calendar nicit has made for myself. I obviously miss ECC and still hold the regret of my actions prior to my ban, sadly those are not actions I can take back instantly which is why I am asking for another chance. Thanks in advance. So let's get to business: You will be repaying 200k towards this debt, per week. This is 30k a day. This will last for more than 6 months until everybody has been repaid. I'm not tempbanning you - simply because I expect you to begin making payments ASAP.
