Minecraft Username: jordan319 Reason of Ban: "Use of pvp hacked client in sg" Rule Violated: Clause 1 - Hacking and Hacked Clients Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule is when a user uses a hacked client to give him/her a better advantage over other players. Hacking is very serious and is extremely illegal on this server. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I'm sorry, first of all. I am sorry for all of you who are bad at pvping and when someone good comes along who doesnt use kits you think they are hacking. Also, since when is strafing hacking, I can't run sideways and around someone and hit them quickly without getting accused of being a hacker. Anyways, I am sorry for everything, killing players, taking their hard earned cash from them from the survival games, using not hacks, but my pvp skill. I'm sorry for being too good for other sgers to handle so they have to call me a hacker. I am so very sorry for all the harm that I've done to sg and players in sg. I feel I should be unbanned because one 1: I didn't hack 2: I didn't know strafing and running around users in sg and hitting them was hacking 3: Causing other users to lose the money they could have possibly earned if they weren't killed by me 4: And lastly causing trouble in the survival games. I am sincerely sorry for causing users to believe I was hacking. Also I will be tagging@@Physicistsmom because she is the one who banned me. I love this server being banned sucks because this is my first time and I've never been so bored, I have spent so much time and effort on this server and made some great friends and I would love to be back on the server! Thank you. Also Physicistsmom, you banned me without proper evidence, all you said was "I had seen you snap multiple times in multiple games to confirm and that is not acceptable at all. " Since when do you know about hacks? I did not know you were an expert that gets tagged on the complaints about hacking to decide whether they are hacking or not, you banned me in game for a few "head snaps" honestly what are you talking about? There is no evidence of aimbot or anything that helps me aim at other players. Please, I am asking you to gather proper evidence of me hacking in a video (Even though I do not hack) than just what you saw which are these "head snaps". You banned me because of opinion, not fact/evidence, and I am honestly confused about why that happened. It doesn't go like "oh hey you mod do you think jordan319 is hacking? oh yeah he's hacking I'm going to ban him now." It is "Gather proper evidence so we can decipher if he is hacking or not" Please, I am asking you to unban me until you can gather proper evidence on me and then you can ban me. Also, any so called evidence that you have, could you please go through it with the other moderaters who know a lot about hacked clients? Thank you.
Thought I should add that on numerous occasions I have been suspicious of this user for hacking, and therefore I think it is quite unlikely that the reasons this user has provided to be unbanned are invalid.

We don't ban unless we're 100% sure whether someone is hacking or not. For starters, phys has been working on hacking complaints for as long as I have been GameAdmin, over 6 months, if not longer. She also consults other members of the Staff team to be 100% sure her decision is correct - as it is for all of the other people who watch for hacking, consult the rest of the hacker trackers. Similarly, you don't have to be tagged to be someone to review a complaint or anything. A tagged Staff member doesn't mean "oh look, a tag, got me! I can't do this!" The tags are just there so that appropriate Staff can be notified, and if they can't handle it they may pass it on. Along the lines of that too, tagging Physicistsmom isn't necessary as we tell players not to tag her, we don't as well unless it's something absolutely requiring her that nobody else can do. We watch players through different ways if there's any suspicions of hacking, and clearly that was the case for you. "Banned for opinion". I'd like to reiterate, we make sure 100% that a user is hacking before banning. We gather the evidence by watching, recording, rewatching, recording, rewatching, and so on until we're 100% positive. "Do you think he is hacking? yeah let's ban him now" Not going to bother even explaining that as I clearly mentioned that. "Until you gather proper evidence" we gather the evidence. We don't post public complaints as we're the ones that watch out for hacking. "Other Moderators who know a lot about hacked clients" We have a very select team to watch for hacking. They're very experienced, and have been trained well. I don't appreciate how you're bagging on Staff, let alone Phys for your situation that got you banned. Continually, you said that you were strafing, however in order to be strafing, it requires full body movement, not just your head snapping around like it was. So no, you weren't strafing. Heads snapping around is clearly not normal, and having Staff watch it and seeing it time after time the same thing comes to the conclusion it is hacking. Next time you appeal, be more sincere, don't be so rude to Staff members who are well trained in this area, and actually own up to your mistakes, cause clearly going on denying it won't get you anywhere. That being said, I do not want you to appeal for 48 hours. During this time, think things through, think how you plan to phrase things, and think about what you've done - As you wouldn't be banned if you didn't hack.
