I'm assuming this is a banned player and my siblings and I are accused of being this person. Is there anything I could provide to show that I am not Chocolatecheese? I'm not sure why I would be accused of this. Can't you just check my ip and put it side by side with Chocolatecheese to prove my innocence?
At the time of ban, the IP's did indeed match, after further examination, and investigation, the IP you are currently on is one that the banned user's ISP had assigned to them. The banned user changed their IP and thus you had it assigned to you. Unbanned.
