Name: Jakefett Reason: Farming on someone else's farm. Counter Reason: It was underneath my plot. Evidence: I was kicked out of the town, then banned. The farm was underneath my plot so I thought it was from the previous plot owner so I used it. Then I was kicked from the town because it wasn't mine. How was I supposed to know? It was under my plot! Then the player who saw me do it banned me.
Hi Jakefett, Thank you for reposting this using the correct format. Griefing is a serious offence and is not taken lightly on ECC. The reason you were banned was not for simply using another player's farm, but for not replanting it. It is very important that you replant farms as it then prevent other users from making use of them. I am going to be unbanning you but giving you a 2hr temp ban, during which I want you to re-read our rules. In particular please pay attention to the rule on Griefing: Appeal granted - Jakefett's ban reduced to 2hr temp ban
