Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

I destroyed crops (wheat and beets) from hobo_land and left without replant which destroyed part of the town/city.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel bad for what I did since i've played on ECC for less than a week... I read the rules over twice and I truly apologized for my actions. I will repay for the crops i broke and try to give you all the crops back.​
