[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main server Reason of Ban: Extreme staff disrespect / disruption in global Rule violated: Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning. Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: To not disrespect any staff members, or anyone in general for the matter of that, and to not cause silly disruptions in global. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: Alright, coming off from my last appeal i completely understand where Nicit is coming from, I made a promise to myself that i'd become better, and I was doing well. Then somethings went wrong and I just stopped trying and got into my old ways again. If i'm allowed another chance here on ECC I will prove you all that I can stick to my word and I will just simply /ignore the users that annoy me and not get into any bother. I won't be playing much just now if I do get unbanned, as I have mass amounts of irl things going on right now which include of football, homework, school etc. There just isn't enough hours in my days. But the main reason i'm appealing is I don't want to let the people who I owe money to down. I understand why I was banned 100% and to be honest i'm glad I did get banned, it's given me time to have a break and see things from other perspectives, and to see where I went wrong. This incident will not happen again, hence why i've taken a week off to reflect on my behaviour and settle down. If I get one more chance I won't let you down, not the mods, not my friends, heck not anyone. I will appreciate it even if 1 mod looks at this and even considers my appeal. I hope to see all my friends & family here at ECC very soon again, thank you for reading. itz
I'm not sure, given your history, that your appeal fully convinces me that you've changed and this won't be an issue. So I offer you this: Prove it. Prove it with your actions within the community. I'm tired of seeing promises for change go unfulfilled. Take another week - in this week reflect on your actions and try to reconnect with the community, begin fulfilling your promise to be better. Then the same in game. If I see these actions happen again you will be spending a significant amount of time off the server, as it will show that further appeals will make no difference. You may return in 7 days.
