Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning. Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too. Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This explains that Harrasment is 100% not tolerated on Eco city craft. Any source of on going Harrasment will get you removed of the server. Scamming means not meeting your end of the agreement. To be honest I have no idea why I have been acting the way I have and no one deserves to be harassed in chat for everyone to see. When I saw this complaint get posted lastnight I then stopped and had a think and then went back online and started to be friendly and helped out some players. I also have a loan due to me in 1 day from @dagamerman, I also owe about 3 loans in the next 5 days and need to make some serious coin. If I can get unbanned asap it will be highly appreciated
User currently owes me: iStomp__Kittens - $100,000 with $135,000 due 17th January 2016 As above, $135,000 due in 9 days. For future reference, if istomp is still banned a complaint will be filed and could end up having this added to ban reason depending on staff judgement. Just for reference, hope this is an appropriate post.
@iStomp__Kittens owes me 750k with 375k due on 2nd Feb and a further 375k on 1st March. A long way off but wanted it on record in the event the user's appeal is not successful. I believe this is relevant, if not please let me know and I apologise.

Has nothing to do with this ban appeal. The ban reason doesn't relatively relate to the complaint, nor is it anything to help further the ban appeal or anything. No more posts on this thread while @Server Admin handle it.
@iStomp__Kittens I'll be issuing you a 7 day tempban, after which you'll have 14 days to repay @ConferateBoys 200k. This means that the money must be paid no later than Feb 1st 2016. Personally I would ensure your debts are paid and further issues are not caused, this not the behavior that was expected of you when you were unbanned.
