The rights of the loan have been transferred from expipiplus, to Sick24 so i think he is partly involved
That's not possible, unless you included late fees in your deal. Plus the late fees wouldn't count when he's banned.
I suppose so, however, he's had enough time to pay this. I will settle with the agreed amount if I have to (I don't want to though).
