Not repaying a 75k loan to tommy_t Not purching a $10 giftcard for jokerboss99 Scamming 10k of a resident Being vulgar towards players/swearing Causing negativity to the server not being friendly gambling being plane idiotic not admitting to any of it. Counter Reason : OK I am sorry for what ive done I've cause so much stuff in this server people don't deserve to be affected by what I did , im sorry for doing what I did , i scammed though it was never my intention , I just didn't have the money required on time to repay my debt , I believe I should be let back on Firstly : so i can pay off my debts , Secondly to fix things with user's such as Miner and Jammers. Evidence : I have no evidence but here is a Screenshot of the ban I received.

First of all, thank you for admitting to all of these things. You have a bit of a history on the server, and I don't think I need any examples of such because you've obviously got a lot of that covered yourself. So what I'm gonna do here is I'm going to lay out a step-by-step progression on how we're gonna fix this, and how you're going to clear all your debts and be back on square one, debt free, without any further issues. First of all, I'm going to hand you a three day tempban. This is far from your first offence, and I think that's fair given the situation and circumstances. Second of all, we're gonna work on repaying your debts, the following is what you have admitted to being in debt/scammed, and it is what we're going to require you to pay back going forward: -75k to Tommy_T -$10 giftcard OR 50k to JokerBoss99 -10k to the resident in question (I would like his name when you have time to give it to me.) Now obviously, this is a bit of a debt. When your 3 day tempban expires on June 25th, you will have 7 days (until July 2nd), to pay, at minimum, 1 of these debts back. If you successfully do this, you will have another week (until July 9th) to pay back the other two debts in question. Ideally, I believe the smartest way to do this would be to pay Tommy back first, and then use the second week to pay back the other two, but I am giving you the option to do these in whatever order you choose. Failure to repay the first week or second week will result in another ban, with a minimum 1 week tempban attached to it when you appeal. Upon that tempban expiring, you will be back on square 1 with a week to deal with whichever step of the repayment you are on, but I'm seriously hoping it does not have to come to such. If you get banned for another scam/failure to repay a loan during this time, there will be an additional 1 week tempban and whatever it is will be added to your list of things to pay back when you get off of it. I will be checking up on you frequently to see how you are doing with your progress on these repayments. I highly advise against playing lotto, taking out more loans, or anything else of the sort during this time, because it seems very likely that it'll snowball on you. You should, as always, take screenshots for your records of any payments, even partial payments, that you make to any of these users. They are advised to do the same.
