Yes, my old name was Hoboz4dayz when I was banned.​

Which of ECC's services are you banned/muted on:

I am banned on the ECC main server.​

Reason of Ban/Mute:

I was banned for violating a contract and not paying owed dues. I cannot see the exact reason posted because when I try to log in it doesn't say. I was "Scamming" because I didn't complete my payment plan.​

Rule Violated:

Section 3 - Economy and Transactions: Clause 2 - Scamming: A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

The rules mean that if you agree to a deal regarding trading of funds or items, and one player does not uphold their end of the deal in the agreed upon time, then they will be banned for scamming.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned/un-muted:

I feel I should be unbanned because since I was banned, I have become much more mature. When I was banned I was around 11 years old, and I had very poor money management skills. I made a deal to buy an Eff 7 Pickaxe for a large sum of money on a payment plan over multiple months. Later, while mining with my Eff 7 pickaxe, I accidently dropped it, and it got "butchered" and was deleted off the server. If I remember correctly "Butchered" was the term for when you dropped an item and it got deleted by the server attempting to clear excess items on the ground. I tried to get the pickaxe back with the Item-ID, but apparently that wasn't allowed, and I had no way to earn enough money to repay what I owed without the pickaxe. I gave p and quit the server and was permanently banned.Now, I think back to how much fun I had on the server and wish to play again. I apologize to all those who felt cheated and those I hurt by my actions. I was too young to take the proper precautions as I didn't fully understand the game. I hope I can be forgiven and be allowed to play on the server again.​
