Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

Scamming is the act of maliciously or unfairly taking advantage of a players trust to further one's own in-game progress.
Multiple Accounts (in this instance) is bypassing server rules and restrictions visa-via another account.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Addressing the multiple accounts issue first, I was unaware of the server rules and did not have bad intentions when i used the alt, furthermore as soon as BackToThePast informed me of the rule i was breaking when i asked in-game questions about whether or not i could use the alt to pay off GeneralZach's debt I promptly logged off and Ban Appealed GeneralZach in order to adhere to server rules.
Now addressing the Scamming (specficially the Loan-Scamming) it was unfair of me to agree to Loan terms when i was unsure whether or not I could meet them, I now have a better grasp of the time management concept and have a plan to pay off all remaining loans almost immediately (via purchasing ECD from the Server).​
