I will say that my friend was warned by the moderator but I was not, but for the most part I would just like to apologize and hope that the ban may be removed. Last night my friends and I were playing SG, and began to taunt and harass one player, Chundi_Jr. When he was issued warnings, we made sure not to persist in doing what was issued in the warning. For example, when he was told to stop using offensive language, we stopped, and when told to stop mocking another player's user name, we stopped, but still continued to harass the player in other ways. We said these things because we were trying to play SG matches on our own but some players kept joining and we got frustrated. It was very imprudent and inconsiderate for me to bother this user, and I regret my decisions. I didn't realize the severity of my actions at the time, but I can promise that I wont continue to act in this manner. It was inappropriate and unfair for Chundi_Jr and other players as well. I hope this doesn't sound like I am joking around because I can promise that I am not. I also completely understand if you do not accept my appeal, but either way I am sorry, and hope that you will. The evidence against you in found in this complaint here shows excessive inappropriate language which you used against other players. Our server is a family-friendly server, therefore we do not allow that sort of behavior and language here. You rule you broke can be found below as stated from our ECC wiki page here: Clause 2 - Vulgarity Inappropriate and vulgar language is not allowed. This includes anything put on signs, said in chat, written in books, renamed to on items (see Section 3 Clause 2.1), spelt out in blocks, or any other way of communicating. Occasional mild to moderate vulgarities that are not directed at anyone (such as "slip-ups" or saying them in the incorrect chat by accident), self-censorship of a swear word or abbreviations that may imply a swear word (ie. WTF?) are allowed. Repeated or excessive swearing, and especially vulgar language directed at anyone, is not tolerated under any circumstance. I will ask for you to review our server rules with the link above to the ECC wiki as to familiarize yourself with them so you will not get in this sort of trouble again. Seeing how this is your first ban of this nature, I will letting you off with a 2-hour temp ban. We do not appreciate people who turn other players away by using rude/vulgar language, specifically calling them out and trying to get them ruffled up. Please use the time given to you during your temp ban to reflect on your actions and see to it that you will not repeat these mistakes in the future anymore. Tempbanned for 2 Hours
