Loan Scamming and breach of contract.​

Clause 2 - Scamming
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:

It means that in my case, if you take a loan that you should pay it back in the time frame.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel like it's been a long time, and I want to start playing again, I kind of have a life now, but I am able to get on once a day to make the money to pay back to OhMrsKittyKat if he is still active. I am sorry for my actions, and it won't ever happen again, and I will get the money back one way or another to pay back to ohmrskitttykat, in order to be unbanned.​

 

I was thinking about farming, then getting enough money to start mining and build a store, those have been very good money makers for me in the past. Also putting money into the stock market, I can make money that way, sure it might take some time but using all four of these methods will allow me to pay back the money.
