Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. (Contact staff to inform them first to avoid any problems) An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed as long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player are banned. There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own if they are for the sole purpose of funding an "alt" account. Your "main" account is the account that has been used on EcoCityCraft for the longest period of time, and that you are mostly known for. If you do not understand this part of the rule, it's best to simply avoid any interactions between accounts. This rule is enforced completely at staff's discretion. Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc) are not allowed if they are financially benefiting your alt account. If you have another account you wish to play on, and make money with, it cannot be used to fund other accounts. Minor things such as paying an alt account for a rank upgrade through your main account is allowed. Paying for absolutely anything on your main account with money from an alt account however is NOT allowed. If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed. Exceptions may be made to this in certain scenarios such as inappropriate username bans. If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them to avoid issues. Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation. Bypassing ban of a main accountPlease explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: That means to not scam other players as that is not fair and they can lose tons of money in the outcome and is not good for the server. For the bypassing ban is that it should not be allowed because it bypassing the laws and letting you play even though you did something wrong and i am sorry for doing that.Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned: Because i feel bad for what i did and i should pay them back its not fair for me to take a loan and just not pay it back its not fair to the server. I will pay back DiamondDesire all the money and will do 10k a day for her witch would be 70k a week. You successfully paid off 1 week leaving 1.225mil un-paid as well as 70k late fee if counted. You broke the EFF7 and instantly told me you were not going to pay and after many times of me trying to negoicate, I allowed as low as 50k/week and made a new contract which was not pulled through because of you saying that you just wanted the extra time and had no intentions to pay. Wasting hours of my time that day. Honestly I am not too fussed on the money at this point after the hassle the last time and lying on being babylonian, do you really deserve to be unbanned after just recently getting banned on your alt? It's too much for me personally and I wouldn't really want to wait over 18 weeks to get full payment and go through the hassle again. Although I believe in 2nd chances I'm not too sure, no hard feelings, Just saying it how it is, Sorry. So, lets go over this. Babylonian_ will be perma banned - and the account locked forever. The current balance of the account is 30k. This has been added to your balance @DiamondDesire For the repayment, you will have 2 months from your unban date to pay back 1.195m to @DiamondDesire - The late fees cannot be enforced sadly. For the ban, you will serve 1.5 days for every week that babylonian_ was used to bypass. This totals 121 days, or 17 weeks. This means you will have a 3 week temp ban. Now, for something slightly more serious. You caused FAR FAR too many issues on the alt account, if I see this happening, then you will have run your chances out. You will have a full IP ban. (PS. Your idea about a VPN and a new account? Bad idea.) Do not abuse your final chance. 3 week temp ban. Will be unbanned July 23rd, and the money is due back September 23rd.
