Minecraft Username: eNikolajev Reason: Trying to sell ecoDollars for real dollars Counter-Reason: How could I know this rule if it isn't on the server and only on the wiki. I also never had to accept/read the rules before joining the server. This was a mistake to do but I also think it's a mistake to ban me for something I couldn't possibly know. Besides that there was no deal, no trading done and on. Just for that reason alone you can't ban me: "Real life money transfer being done User-User are not allowed. If this is caught during our daily checks/investigations, the user on the receiving end of the EcoDollars will have those deducted from his account. Furthermore, the initial seller of the EcoDollars will have their account banned. We absolutely do not allow this on the EcoCityCraft server because of the various implications it can cause." There was no transaction done so? I can assure you this won't happen again but I think I've given you enough reasons to unban me and I think this is a lesson for you and me. And for iGoElmo too since he did a privacy violation on his report
People saw the email Elmo, I hope for you that I don't get any mail on that email since this isn't just a serverrule or idkwhat rule, What you did there is too much for me. I was kind for you, than you banned me AND humiliated me by posting my email.
Quote of our main user agreement In short, by joining the server you agree to the rules of our wiki. With that said, the reason why you were banned was because like it says in that quote, "Furthermore the initial seller of the EcoDollars will have their account banned". With all this said, I do believe you are being honest in the fact that you were unaware of the rules (and with that said ignorance is not an excuse for breaking a rule), though sense this is still a major issue and you had not actually sold the ecodollars I am going to temp ban you for 1 day, and if it happens again the ban will be permanent.
