Name: eandy1234 Reason of Ban: "attempted scamming" Rule Violated: Section 3 Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user. Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon, sword'. My Own Words: Don't try and scam people. Why I should be unbanned: I do feel bad that I tried to scam and that I denied it because there was little evidence of it but I now admit that I indeed tried to scam. It was wrong and I'm now trying to take responsibility for my actions. I've had a week to reflect and if unbanned, I will never try and scam someone no matter how small the scam. ECC is full of good people and I'm sorry if I upset anyone with my actions. Thank you.
Hello @eandy1234 Thank you for deciding to re-appeal and admitting to what you have done. Unfortunately this is not your first time with Scamming as you have been previously banned for this. I would like to note that even though you have been banned for Attempted Scamming, I would like to hope to reimburse anyone who has come across your path leading up to your ban, for a clear conscience ( @upmoon and @AGPBiohazard Among Others ) While you wait to be unbanned, please think about what you have done and how you will be making it up to the community, also please re-read the rules, as you should already know them after agreeing to them when you rank up. I will be temp-banning you for 3 Days for Attempted Scamming on top of the fact you have been previously banned before for Scamming, I suggest this is the last time I see your name in the Ban Appeals/Complaints section or it simply wont be good for you. This is a last warning/chance, take it. @eandy1234 temp-banned for 3 Days for Attempted Scamming Mission001
