Hello, I was banned for apparently using innapropriate language. First kick was when a player was saying that it was "Wrong and against nature to be gay" Being bi myself I took insult to that and defended by stating simply that "Homosexuality is observed in every species on the planet therefore it's totally natural" I was told homosexual was a foul word and I was not allowed to say it. The ban came when someone mentioned an earthquake and I made the joke 'naw it was a nuke going off in north korea" Based on the news headlines I have been reading about "the world holds it's breath awaiting new leaders policy on nuclear program" It was news related humor and not racism. I said I wouldnt make the joke anymore and merely tried to explain why I made the joke. I was banned for that. Meanwhile other players were swearing (f workd s word and more) at me and none of them got kicked. I'm normally not so argumentative but I had recently started a new medication for epilepsy, medication was supposed to stop my seizures but I ran into a side effect and spent the last day or so in the hospital recovering. The complication was from Tegretol (you may easily google serious side effects to confirm) it made me angry, irritable and prone to uncontrolable rage. I had been experiencing the onset of these symptoms for a week before it became serious enough that I had to go in. I apologize for any disrespect I spoke towards mods and I'm sorry for any unintended offence. For the record when the person said it was racist what I said. I apologized to them and said it wasnt intended that way that it was merely a topical news joke and i meant nothing against the korean people. the only time I have ever sworn on the server was when I said "Well fuck this server then" before logging off. I'm feeling much better since the help the doctor gave me and now that the epilepsy medication is going out of my system. I hope you will remove the ban. I really like the server and the people on it. I would hate to lose it over a bit of angry chatting. Thanks, dr_sillyus
