And yet you didn't file a complaint when he was unbanned not his problem your fault nothing to do with this,+ if he never played back why loan to him again?…

No GA+ handle scamming appeals, and they handle them when they get around to it, ban appeals are lowest priority. Please do not bump your appeal.
Thank you for appealing. I see that this is your second time banned for not paying partyman909 back the 45k you owe him. As you were told previously, we take scamming very seriously and I'm quite hesitant to unban you this time because of the failure to pay him back twice. Also, there is another complaint against you for not paying back @Cardinal3 6k which you promised. This brings the total you owe to 51k. I really hope you will stay true to your word in this appeal this time. I will allow you to come back, but make sure that, both @partyman909 AND cardinal3, are paid back in full. I will be issuing you a 1 week temp ban for this and will be giving you two weeks to pay off these users. If you can get it paid off sooner then great, but make sure it is done by the due date of May 3rd, 2014. If you fail to do so in this time frame then partyman909 and cardinal3 have every right to file another complaint against you which will result in a longer ban. Also, during your temp ban I strongly suggest you go over all of our rules as there have been some chances to familiarize yourself with them. This will help you avoid situations like this from happening again in the future.
