Clause 2 - Scamming

A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion.​

I believe this means not to take advantage of any situation with malicious intent.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

I feel I should be unbanned due to the nature of this scenario. The issue occurred due to me not having time in real life to not pay back the loan. I have taken the time now, because I know I will be able to return tomorrow (in hopes I'm unbanned by then) to sell the Melon Sword I own and pay @DiamondDesire the money I received as payment. I do appologize to Diamond, as I made her believe I was going to complete the job, and neglected to inform her I was going to be unable to do so.

*PS: I don't intend to play much, however do wish for Diamond to not be out the money I was paid for a job I was unable to complete.​

I did about half the job, but did not finish the job so a full refund would be in check
