Rule Violated: Clause 3 - Harassment Harassment constitutes as any form of action (chat or game play wise) that makes another player feel threatened or otherwise ruins their game play. Griefing in the wild does not constitute harassment. Harassment in the wild is strictly chat/command based. This includes, but is not limited to; blackmail, bullying or any other form of harassment that occurs through our chat system. Attempting to kill other players in any non-PvP zone also constitutes as harassment, and succeeding in killing other players in non-PvP areas is a very severe offence that will result in a ban. Harassment is absolutely inexcusable on EcoCityCraft. If you are engaging in this behavior expect to be removed from the server with little to no warning. Disrespecting staff falls under this rule - They are players too. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule basically means that harassment (the spamming that I did) won't be tolerated especially to a mod because they are players too. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: I spammed the mod with the intent of getting banned a little bit of a joke for quitting the server, I apologize to the mod and server and request that I could be unbanned because from what I could tell, there was no permanent damage done.
@cormicanc, I am glad that you want to return to ECC. Your exact ban reason was "Vulgar language directed towards staff members". Please be aware that something like this is not acceptable at all, especially not with the additional intent of being banned. While " no permanent damage was done", it is still not something nice to do to others. As your ban dates back to 2013, I will be unbanning you without a tempban. Please make sure that this does not happen again. Don't try to get banned on purpose, you can simply log off. Before you rejoin ECC I would like you to read over the server rules again at www.tinyurl.com/ECCRules as some have changed while you were away.
