Have you changed your Minecraft username since being banned? If so, what is your previous name:
    No
Which of ECC's services are you banned on:
    Main
    Reason of Ban:
    Attempted Scamming
    Rule Violated:
    Clause 2.2 - Attempted Scamming
Users cannot attempt to scam other users. If enough evidence is provided and the staff believe a scam was intended, this will result in a temporary ban against the offending user.
Attempted scamming includes misleading sales or auctions. For example an auction for 'a melon, sword'.
Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means:
Attempting to take something of someone elses and not providing compensation
Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:
I understand it's a 7 Day Temp. I can Read. But I truely don't believe I deserve the 7 day Temp Ban. I will elaborate. As I'm pretty sure you know I was recently unbanned and starting playing ECC again, it's been around like 8 months since I've been on Ecc Consistently. Since then /own was introduced. Now to the reason I feel I should be unbanned.
I was doing my things, blah blah no one cares, People were talking about /own in global and how it works and all that jazz, I was doing the nice thing for BigLube and giving him an E-repair, people in global were talking about own and how it works and all that, I wanted to learn for myself. I didn't have a tool handy and when I was doing the E-rep, I decided I try and see what happens. I did the /own, and it owned obviously, but when I repaired it and went to try to take it off, this is where every dam thing went wrong. If you'd care to look into the logs you'll see me asking people in global how in the hell you remove /own, I was obviously missing something and after like 5 mins of trying and failing I decided to give the tool back to BIgLube, with the own remaining on it as I couldn't figure out how in the hell to remove it.
I didn't say anything to him cause I didn't want him to freak out. The Logs that were mentioned in my complaint. were a fricking fraction of a conversation, what was shown was sarcasm and that conversation continued to me asking how to remove the /own, and figuring it out.
I then was busy for like 2 days, school, work, sports. Figured the complaint would come out and it did and when I was able to get back online I willingly removed the /own for the other user hopefully clearing my name. But I guess not, I righted my wrongs on my own accord and got banned. Yeah, I messed up and it happens to everyone, he didn't lose anything, I didn't gain anything.

The First Line of the scamming Rule:
A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe.
I didn't take nothing from him, and he/I didn't pay for anything we didn't receive. It was a mistake and will sure as hell not happen again. I fell as though I should have my temp lifted. In the complaint we made the deal, Lube was fine with me just removing the /own and giving it back, Then those other idiots get in there and twist everything out of proportion. It was simple mistake and I'm sorry for trying to learn a new command.
