The second rule or the contracts rule provides even more protection for the people involved in the ban in making sure that the transaction is indeed completed. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: First off it has been quite awhile since I was on ECC over six months I believe and over this time I have taken the time to reflect on my past wrongs and start again. I also believe that the people that I fell short with payments to do not deserve to be scammed and as a proper ECC member it is my duty to pay back the loans that I fell short on. After doing some checking I have determined that you do owe @bobman3355 $462,000 on a payment plan for the Donation Feature Fly. However I cannot find any record of what you owe to @blackbelt4eva. Can you provide any evidence to show or prove what you still owe @blackbelt4eva? Additionally @blackbelt4eva can you provide any sort of evidence or indication to what @chris227227 still owes you for a 350k loan?

EDIT I also would like to include in my appeal that I did not mean to scam, I only fell behind on the payments and lost tons of time due to schoolwork. I accepted the ban and waited until this time right before the summer so that I might be able to come back. @chris227227 To further the appeal process I need you to present any evidence you have of money paid back to blackbelt4eva for the 350k loan. The late fees are irrelevant until you can prove how much you owe him. You have 24 hours to present some evidence of what you have paid back on the loan.

@chris227227 Thank you for providing the necessary evidence. This isn't your first time for this sort of crime, and you seem to understand that what you did was wrong and show an initiative to get the money returned. You have been gone for over 6 months now which should have given you plenty of time to reflect on your wrongs. Though you did not intend to scam it doesn't make it any less against the rules. You will be issued a 5-day tempban for your actions. I suggest you use this time to update yourself on the rules and come up with a game plan for how you will repay your debts. From a past complaint concerning the payment plan for the donation feature Fly, you owe 462k to @bobman3355. You will pay this one first, since it is the oldest and most outstanding. I will have you start paying this off the day you are unbanned. Which shall be June 5th, 2015. You will have 31 days to pay back this debt. This debt of 462k will be due to @bobman3355 by end-of-day on July 6th, 2015. I am aware that @bobman3355 is currently in-active in-game. You will still be required to put aside the money you owe him until he returns. You will owe that money unless you and him forge a new agreement to waive the debt. If you do not come up with the money you can still be subjected to the consequences should @bobman3355 file a complaint. You appeal here is proof of the debt you are to pay. After you pay off @bobman3355 You will begin paying off @blackbelt4eva on July 7th 2015, I have decided to add in 100k in late fees in addition to the 330k you still owe from the original loan, Your screenshots show that you paid the 1st and 3rd payments on the 4th of August and the 18th of August, via the contract those payments were due on August 3rd and August 17th, Both Sundays. This means that you owe 430k to @blackbelt4eva. I will give you another 31 days to pay off this debt. It will be due by end of day August 7th, 2015. The same applies here as to bobman3355, @blackbelt4eva is slightly inactive in-game. You are to set the money aside to him and pay it when you can.
