Defaming users via shout. Bypassing ban multiple times​

Rule Violated:

Clause 1.3 - Shouts and Lottery
For Shouts:
No advertisement, touchy subject/discussions, special characters not used in their correct context, and languages other than English.
Only numbers, letters, basic symbols found on a standard keyboard may be used.
Shouts with the intent of causing other users to spam or spam another user in any way, such as requesting others to private message them, are not allowed.
Shouts disguised to look like server messages, private messages, balance payments, etc. are not allowed.
All types of chat formatting are available for shouts. CAPS, in-game advertisements, colors, and font styles (Italics, bold, underline, strikes) are completely allowed.
For both Shouts and Lottery:
Spamming either shouts or lottery is allowed to an extent. Excessive use of either command which results in chat being hard to read may result in a warning or a kick from the Staff.

Clause 2 - Multiple Accounts
Multiple accounts used by different people on the same internet connection/IP are allowed. (Contact staff to inform them first to avoid any problems)
An individual person playing on multiple accounts is allowed as long as no financial benefits arise from doing so, and no account belonging to that player are banned.
There must be absolutely no financial interaction between multiple accounts that you own if they are for the sole purpose of funding an "alt" account.
Your "main" account is the account that has been used on EcoCityCraft for the longest period of time, and that you are mostly known for. If you do not understand this part of the rule, it's best to simply avoid any interactions between accounts. This rule is enforced completely at staff's discretion.
Direct or indirect transactions (via /pay, trade signs, etc) are not allowed if they are financially benefiting your alt account.
If you have another account you wish to play on, and make money with, it cannot be used to fund other accounts.
Minor things such as paying an alt account for a rank upgrade through your main account is allowed.
Paying for absolutely anything on your main account with money from an alt account however is NOT allowed.
If any account owned by a player is banned, all the other accounts owned by that player will not be able to appeal until the account banned first has successfully appealed.
Exceptions may be made to this in certain scenarios such as inappropriate username bans.
If there are multiple accounts on the same internet connection/IP, either used by you or others, you must contact a member of staff immediately to inform them to avoid issues.
Users may be questioned for being on the same internet connection, or, in cases of suspicious activity and bans, immediately banned regardless of the reason for the same connection, to be appealed with an explanation.​

Do not use multiple accounts to make financial gain or to bypass a ban.​

Reason you feel you think you should be un-banned:

Let me start off by saying that I do not expect to be unbanned. The only reason I have brought myself to make this appeal is to apologize. If I do get unbanned, it will be a small bonus.

After a few weeks looking back on what I did, I still have found no reason for the actions that I took(because there is no appropriate reason). The only thing that I could think of is that I was acting on the moment, and I never thought twice. What I did was stupid, and either way, if I am unbanned or not, this will not happen again. The fact that I went off, doing the first thing that came to mind upsets me and makes me ashamed of myself. The reputation that I tried to protect, is now gone, and probably never will be anywhere close to what I would like it to be.

I am dearly sorry to all those that I let down. I have NEVER acted like this before, I really have no clue what made me think that this was ok. I am especially sorry to MinecraftParkerH.

Staff, this is the last appeal you will have to read from me. If I'm unbanned, great. I won't let something stupid like this happen again. If i am not, ok, I understand.
