minecraft user= milvor reason= some one was saying on auc they were selling themselves as a slave so i said there was another server with a slaver trade and i got banned for advertising counter reason= i think it was unfair because iwas not advertising i was stating a fact i wasent goin like "come on this server for more fun the ecc" i was just saying what i saw on another server evidence= i was banned for no real reason
honestly I agree with milvor. I watched it happen in general chat he did mention another server but clearly not with the intent of advertising for it. Minutes shortly I saw people posting inappropriate things on general chat without a single one get more than a verbal warning from a mod...(despite the fact that it was the 3rd time in a 4hr period not naming any names) if Milvor was banned with the intent of being fair, then it shows otherwise. I think Milvor deserved at least one warning.
See below. In our rules, which you have agreed to reading when you joined the server and applied for resident, it clearly states that you may not even mention another server. This is why you were banned. You were not banned because we felt like it, you were banned for breaking a rather large rule. When you can understand the mistake you made, please re-appeal with some effort and admitting your mistakes. Denied. Locked.
Also, do not post on appeals/complaints that do not pertain to you. You should refresh yourself on the rules of this section to make sure this does not happen again.
