[Main Server/Teamspeak/Shoutbox - delete as appropriate]: Main Server Reason of Ban: Loan Scamming Rule violated: Clause 2 - Scamming A general definition of a scam in the context of EcoCityCraft is a transaction in which a user pays for goods or services from another user, and does not receive those goods/services in the agreed upon timeframe. Failing to uphold your end of the deal is scamming, and is punishable by a ban. Your continuance on the server may rely on you following through with your end of the deal, or refunding what you scammed, solely at the staff’s discretion. I committed the act of loan scamming. Please explain in your own words what the rule(s) means: This rule essentially means that players are not allowed to scam other players on ecocitycraft. I can't steal money or items from other players without properly paying for those services. Reason you feel you think you should be unbanned: It's been a long time since I've been on this server and I am really sorry for loan scamming the players that I did. I truly am sorry and I take full responsibility for my actions I just hope that I can rejoin this great server and continue to have a great experience. I understand that this isn't the first time that I have been banned, but I am now much more mature and civilized. I strongly hope that you guys would allow me to return to this server because it would mean the world to me. I am again very sorry for what I did.
You know, this is what, your 4th appeal for the same thing and same set of loans? I'm not active on here as I used to be, but I'd still like to get my money. @Aviato Is it true that you owe @Turt2014 money? Also I'm deleting some unnecessary posts. Learn from your mistakes and take screenshots and write up contracts. Don't complain someone isn't upholding their end of the deal when you don't even have proof the deal existed to begin with.
I can understand and appreciate that, it's just frustrating because I don't have evidence of the transaction and if you don't remember the transaction, and I sincerely hope that you honestly don't remember, then perhaps I'm stuck with having lost money. please everyone, let's leave it at that and avoid flaming

@Aviato So, I had a nice look at your appeal history as well as the complaints that relate to this, your most recent ban. To be quite honest I don't think this appeal is worth for you being unbanned for now your 3rd time Loan Scamming, especially since you /still/ owe money to @Maco20047 from the first time around. In other words this appeal does not show enough remorse or prove to me that you're willing to settle off this debt once and for all. I also notice that you took out a loan while you were to be paying back past debts, which generally isn't smart Looks like you still owe @Maco20047 160k, as per your last appeal and once again banned for it in January. You also owe @slvrplme 115k, as per a complaint filed in February(three days of late fees applied, since you were not banned until the 20th, and late fees began on the 17th for you). I'd like to see a truly meaningful appeal to why we should let you back. Right now I see a fairly standard appeal from what I can see of your last ones, you write a couple lines about how you're sorry and you miss ECC. This time I will expect more from you. Its important to get users paid back, but I also want to know if you truly understand that this is wrong, and that you will work to not let it happen again. @xxxxxXTURTXxxxxx I've seen you post about @Aviato owing you money a couple times now, and this is the 2nd time you've brought it up on his appeal insisting he owes you something, as you were told last time, you need to file a separate complaint with evidence that you did indeed give him a loan. Its still your responsibility to gather the proper evidence when dealing with transactions, it is also your responsibility to preserve that evidence, because you never know what may happen. Denied
